The Service Refusal Policy states that Kim Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

1. Has open or infected wounds on the treatment area, as this can pose a risk to their health and safety.

2. Has a nail condition or illness that may be contagious or worsened by their services, to protect both the client and the technician.

This policy is in place to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all clients and technicians.

Service Guarantee

– 7-Day Fix Policy: Free repairs within 7 days of service

– Payment is due at the time of service

– 24-hour cancellation notice is highly recommended

Safety Considerations

– For safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline service to clients with certain health conditions that may compromise our equipment or technician safety.

Diabetes Accommodations

Please inform our technicians of your diabetes so we can provide proper care.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. However:

– We’ll fix scratched or misshapen nails if notified within 24 hours and repaired within 7 days

– We won’t offer refunds or credit notes for changed minds

– We’ll re-do services at no cost if unsatisfied with quality, but please inform us immediately during service

Damage Liability

You’ll be charged for repairs or replacements due to damage caused by lack of care, such as broken, chipped, or lifted nails.

Others

– Appointment priority is given to on-time clients.

– Prices are subject to change without notice.

– Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Please ask your technician for guidance on nail care to prevent damage.
